In every process, there are some risks which may cause damage to the whole process. There should be some controls to prevent those risks.

Certain level of reliability has to establish on the persons performing the job. However through certain checks and balances those risks can be reduced. There should be certain controls established through the use of software and technology that is more reliable. The tracking logs for preparation, checking, verification, approvals, rejections, holds, closing, cancellations, etc. should be maintained for all the forms in the software and the analysis should also be available for the authorized users.
